Sterling Search Partner is excited to assist a client in finding a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join their dynamic team. We are looking for a motivated individual who thrives in a customer-focused environment. The successful candidate will manage inbound and outbound calls, address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide comprehensive information about our products and services.
Interviews are scheduled for the week of 4/28. Start Date: May 19th. Training Schedule: The initial training period will last for 2 months, with Monday to Friday hours from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
Post-Training Work Schedule: After training, the work schedule will consist of 5 days a week, including Monday to Saturday, with a day off on either Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday. The shift timings will be from 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM.
Saturdays are mandatory: Your Saturday shift will either be from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM or from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM.
Key Responsibilities: - Promptly and professionally answer incoming calls.
- Effectively respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints with efficiency.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in the database.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to enhance customer service processes.
- Meet or exceed performance metrics, including call volume and customer satisfaction.
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies.
Qualifications: - High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is an advantage.
- Previous experience in a call center or customer service role preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency in computer systems and software.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage stressful situations effectively.
