Roles And Responsibilities:
Responsible for demand capture, order filtering, order fulfillment, and billing, ensuring logistical efficiency, resolving issues within SLAs, and maintaining continuous improvement through Cient methodology.

• Serves as the primary point of contact for customers, focusing on optimizing orders and driving efficiency across the E2E Order to Cash process. Collaborates with various teams to resolve issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
