We are searching for a superlative candidate to join our staff as the Customer Service Representative. The Customer Service Representative is an essential role in this by providing our customers the best possible customer service experience. In this role, candidates will utilize the Keystone Symposia Contact Research Management (CRM) software (Salesforce, Hubsbot, etc) to answer email and phone call queries. Candidates who are able to multitask, agile problem solvers and great communicators will not only be ideal for this position, but will find great job satisfaction in helping maintain Keystone Symposias stellar reputation as the best scientific conference organization on the planet. Ideal applicants will have at least an Associate degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; and one to three years related experience and/or training in a customer service role; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience using CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.), or familiarity with common CRM concepts and workflows is required. This position is full-time (40 hours a week).
