Responsibilities will include:- Providing "high touch" customer service with added value
- Maintaining strong customer relationships
- Delivering building material solutions
- Providing introductory information to new customers
- Ensuring that customers are satisfied with products or services
- Following up with clients or customers
- Letting customers or clients know about additional products or services
- Determining the quickest, most effective ways to answer a client's or customer's question
- Working with a team of CSRs and other departments to find appropriate solutions
- Developing expert-level product knowledge Order & Data Entry
- Perform order entry using SAP with a level of accuracy
- Create PO for drop ship order from distributors
- Communicate with sales staff and customers about orders (sold out, quantity change, etc. )
- Guard the margins per order Proofread orders done by others
- Maintain all systems and daily filing tasks
- Work with customers and sales team to resolve issues
- Collaborate with Production Team to resolve issues
- Form professional relationships with customers
- Administrative tasks include managing main phone line and transfers calls
- Maintain updated records
