Responsibilities will include:
  • Providing "high touch" customer service with added value
  • Maintaining strong customer relationships
  • Delivering building material solutions
  • Providing introductory information to new customers
  • Ensuring that customers are satisfied with products or services
  • Following up with clients or customers
  • Letting customers or clients know about additional products or services
  • Determining the quickest, most effective ways to answer a client's or customer's question
  • Working with a team of CSRs and other departments to find appropriate solutions
  • Developing expert-level product knowledge Order & Data Entry
  • Perform order entry using SAP with a level of accuracy
  • Create PO for drop ship order from distributors
  • Communicate with sales staff and customers about orders (sold out, quantity change, etc. )
  • Guard the margins per order Proofread orders done by others
  • Maintain all systems and daily filing tasks
  • Work with customers and sales team to resolve issues
  • Collaborate with Production Team to resolve issues
  • Form professional relationships with customers
  • Administrative tasks include managing main phone line and transfers calls
  • Maintain updated records
