Key Responsibilities - Customer Support & Troubleshooting: Handle inbound service inquiries via phone and email, providing remote troubleshooting, product support, and technical assistance for customers using our pump systems.
- Proactive Client Outreach: Regularly engage with key accounts to monitor pump performance, gather feedback, and identify potential issues or service needs before they arise.
- Field Service Coordination: Coordinate with Engineering and Technical Sales teams to arrange field support, remote diagnostics, or site visits when necessary.
- Partner Collaboration: Work closely with Sales to identify and support strategic accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction, repeat business, and long-term success.
- CRM Management: Maintain and update the company's CRM system with accurate customer records, service tickets, case notes, and follow-ups. Ensure data integrity for pipeline and service reporting.
- Order Management Support: Assist customers with parts replacement inquiries, warranty claims, and order follow-ups. Collaborate with internal departments to resolve issues promptly.
- Service Reporting: Generate and analyze service trends, pump performance issues, and client feedback to inform product and support improvements.
- Documentation & Communication: Create and maintain accurate service logs, call summaries, and internal documentation related to support interactions.
- Customer Education: Provide product education, maintenance recommendations, and basic training to customers to enhance pump system longevity and reliability
Requirements
Qualifications - 2+ years in a customer service, technical support, or client success role-preferably within a manufacturing or industrial equipment environment.
- Experience with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho) and data management.
- Strong technical aptitude and ability to quickly learn mechanical systems and pump applications.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities with professionalism and a customer-first mindset.
- Experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Engineering, and Service teams.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and general tech-savviness.
Preferred Qualifications - Prior experience in the pump industry or working with fluid handling equipment.
- Understanding of mechanical systems, rotating equipment, or process engineering.
- Familiarity with field service logistics or technical dispatching.
