Responsibilities: - Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone and email
- Provide information regarding products, services, and order status
- Resolve customer issues and complaints professionally and efficiently
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges as needed
- Maintain accurate customer records in CRM or database systems
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure customer satisfaction
Qualifications: - Previous experience in an office-based customer service role preferred
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities
- Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a busy office
- Comfortable using computer systems and software applications
Hours: 8:00am-4:30om
Pay: $20/hr.
