Responsible for ensuring the highest level of customer service.

Responsible for building a strong rapport with current and prospective customers, whether in person, over the phone, through email, or just out marketing.

You must be attentive. Listen to each customer. Understand their needs.

Ensure all team members know and understand all the products and services offered.

Ensure that all customers are educated on the products and services requested.

Has the ability to recommend and sell products and services that best fit the customer.

Marketing

Market to inactive customers via phone, mail, or text messaging. Offering promos.

Market to prospective customers via direct mail, through the referral program, and even through field marketing

Develop business partners; market through your partners, too

Work Experience

Minimum One year in financial services industry (Required)

Tax preparation (Preferred)

License Auto insurance agent (preferred)
