About us: Sleepyhead is a rapidly growing college lifestyle brand that offers premium mattress toppers. Sleepyhead is dedicated to giving back to students in need through donations per ten products sold. We are co-contracted with over 1,100 universities in all 50 states.


Position Overview:

As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers receive outstanding support and assistance. You will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries via email, phone calls, and Amazon comments. In addition, you will occasionally assist with processing return orders. This position requires excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a customer-centric approach.


Key Responsibilities:

Email and Phone Support: Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries and concerns via email and phone calls. Provide accurate and helpful information to resolve issues and answer questions.

Amazon Comment Management: Monitor and respond to customer comments and reviews on Amazon, ensuring a positive and informative interaction with our brand.

Return Order Processing: Occasionally assist with processing return orders, including inspecting returned products, initiating refunds or replacements, and updating relevant records.

Customer Satisfaction: Strive to exceed customer expectations by providing exceptional service, actively listening to their feedback, and resolving issues promptly and effectively.

Product Knowledge: Maintain a deep understanding of our products and services to provide accurate and relevant information to customers.

Documentation: Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions, inquiries, and resolutions in our internal systems.

Collaboration: Work closely with other team members and departments to address customer issues and improve the overall customer experience.


Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or relevant certification is a plus.

Proven experience in customer service or a related field.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

Ability to remain calm and professional when dealing with challenging situations.

Proficiency in using customer support software and tools.

Familiarity with Amazon seller platforms is a plus.

Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work in an in-person office environment in Scottsdale, M-F.

Job Types: Full-time 30 - 40 hours

Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
