Job details - Location: Selma, Texas
- Pay Rate: $16.00/hour
- Schedule: Rotating shifts, Monday-Saturday (Sundays off and 1 scheduled day off during the week)
- Shifts: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM, 12:00 AM - 8:30 AM
About the Role :
Are you someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys helping others? We're looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team onsite. In this role, you'll be the voice of our company, ensuring every customer interaction is handled with care, professionalism, and a commitment to excellence.
What You'll Do: - Assist customers and business partners via phone and email
- Resolve customer concerns with patience and professionalism
- Diagnose, assess, and resolve problems or issues
- Monitor delivery routes and ensure timely updates
- Process order changes and cancellations
- Scan and verify haul-away pods and documentation
What You Bring: - Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project)
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to stay organized and multitask in a dynamic environment
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 1 year of experience in a call center or customer service role
- A calm, solution-oriented approach under pressure

Pay Details: $16.00 per hour
