Job Title: Customer Service Representative
Location: Schertz, TX
Pay Rate: Up to $16/hour
Type: Contract
Shift: Rotating Shifts, Monday - Saturday (1 day off per week)
  • 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
  • 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
  • 12:00 AM - 8:30 AM (Please confirm if this is a typo and should be PM)
Job Summary:

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll play a vital role in delivering an exceptional customer experience. You'll interact with customers, drivers, and partners to ensure deliveries run smoothly and customers are satisfied from start to finish.

Daily Responsibilities:
  • Communicate with customers and internal teams via phone and email
  • Resolve customer complaints calmly and efficiently
  • Troubleshoot and resolve delivery-related issues
  • Monitor delivery route progress and provide updates
  • Verify and scan haul-away Proof of Delivery (POD) documents
  • Process delivery changes, cancellations, or adjustments

Requirements:
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project)
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • At least 1 year of customer service experience (call center preferred)
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure and resolve issues swiftly
  • Strong communication and professionalism
