Job Description:
The Customer Service Specialist will play a critical role in ensuring accurate and timely order entry to support daily product shipments. This position involves managing a high volume of orders while collaborating with a busy team to meet operational deadlines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process 50+ daily orders accurately to meet shipping schedules.
- Review and verify purchase orders for completeness and accuracy.
- Handle order requests primarily via phone and email.
- Collaborate with team members to efficiently divide and complete incoming orders.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of customer service and order entry experience in a corporate, product-focused environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Able to work onsite in Schaumburg every day.
Additional Details:
- Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
- No weekends.
