We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team at Hold Family Dental Care. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our patients, providing exceptional service and support. Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls and respond to patient inquiries
- Schedule appointments and follow up with patients
- Provide information about services and procedures
- Resolve patient complaints and issues in a timely manner
- Maintain accurate patient records and data entry
- Maintain client customer service and satisfaction standards in all customer contacts
- Provide exceptional customer service to ongoing customer delivery and client satisfaction
- Deliver exceptional customer service through customer interaction and appropriate product delivery
- Support multiple Account Managers by resolving customer issues
- Encourage resolution to customer complaints
- Ensure customer satisfaction by answering the day-to-day customer inquiries, transactional requests, and general customer service needs
- Ensure resolution of customer issues
- Handle all customer complaints immediately and resolve to the customer's satisfaction
- Creating the ideal customer experience with each customer interaction
- Meet or exceed sales quotas in an accountability-based culture.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1+ years of customer service experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
