We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team at Hold Family Dental Care. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our patients, providing exceptional service and support. Responsibilities:
  1. Answer incoming calls and respond to patient inquiries
  2. Schedule appointments and follow up with patients
  3. Provide information about services and procedures
  4. Resolve patient complaints and issues in a timely manner
  5. Maintain accurate patient records and data entry
  6. Maintain client customer service and satisfaction standards in all customer contacts
  7. Provide exceptional customer service to ongoing customer delivery and client satisfaction
  8. Deliver exceptional customer service through customer interaction and appropriate product delivery
  9. Support multiple Account Managers by resolving customer issues
  10. Encourage resolution to customer complaints
  11. Ensure customer satisfaction by answering the day-to-day customer inquiries, transactional requests, and general customer service needs
  12. Ensure resolution of customer issues
  13. Handle all customer complaints immediately and resolve to the customer's satisfaction
  14. Creating the ideal customer experience with each customer interaction
  15. Meet or exceed sales quotas in an accountability-based culture.
Qualifications:
  1. High school diploma or equivalent
  2. 1+ years of customer service experience
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  4. Strong problem-solving abilities
  5. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
