Responsibilities: - Assist customers with inquiries by phone or email
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients and company personnel
- Perform accounts receivable tasks such as contacting customers for outstanding payments and resolving account conflicts
- Support the Sales Department with administrative tasks
- Handle basic data entry and other administrative duties
Qualifications: - 2 years of customer service experience is preferred
- Prior accounts receivable experience is highly encouraged
- High School diploma or GED equivalent is recommended
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products
