Responsibilities:
  • Assist customers with inquiries by phone or email
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients and company personnel
  • Perform accounts receivable tasks such as contacting customers for outstanding payments and resolving account conflicts
  • Support the Sales Department with administrative tasks
  • Handle basic data entry and other administrative duties
Qualifications:
  • 2 years of customer service experience is preferred
  • Prior accounts receivable experience is highly encouraged
  • High School diploma or GED equivalent is recommended
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office products
