We are hiring a Customer Service Representative in the Corporate office to coordinate the movement of waste, waste tracking, profiling and assist in assuring compliance with all waste and environmental regulations. This role will take incoming customer calls related to service requests, issues, invoice questions and on-line service support. The CSR will directly support the Business Development Managers to ensure customer satisfaction.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  1. Creates sales orders and proposals for customer service requests
  2. Ensure profile documents are correct, schedule customer requests
  3. Prepare DOT paperwork including manifest, placards, and Labels
  4. Assemble and organize billing documents
  5. Update CRM and waste tracking systems.
  6. Accurate daily data entry
  7. Other duties as assigned


Requirements

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:

Computer Skills :

Experience with Microsoft Office products and some ability to adapt to other computer software

EDUCATION REQUIRMENTS:

EDUCATION/CERTIFICATION: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

Prior knowledge/experience working with RCRA, DOT or TCEQ. Experience with profiling and Waste Management

PHYSICAL/ MENTAL REQUIREMENTS

REASONING ABILITY:

Ability to deal with a variety of variables under only limited standardization

Able to interpret various instructions

COMMUNICATIONS ABILITY:

Ability to compute with various levels throughout the organization. Working knowledge to communicate job requirements and answer candidate questions

LANGUAGE ABILITY:

Ability to read and write a variety of books, magazines, instruction manuals and .Ability to prepare memos, reports, and essays using proper punctuation, spelling, and grammar
