Position: Customer Service Representative
Compensation: $20 to $25 /hr - DOE Employment type: Full Time
Action Air Conditioning Heating and Solar is looking for a Customer Service Representative. We are looking for someone to help create a great experience for customers that call in to book an appointment.
Job Duties: - Scheduling
- Putting together packets for the install team
- Receiving payments for completed jobs
- Perform other needed job tasks as requested by leadership
Qualifications: - Team player, ability to work with all department leaders and customers
- Strong organization skills
- Great writing and communication skills
Construction or Service Titan experience a plus
