As a Customer Service Representative, you'll act as a vital link between our outreach program and its members or potential members. Your role will involve assisting members with applications, resolving inquiries, educating clients, and fostering long-term engagement. Responsibilities of the Customer Service Representative:

  • Engage directly with customers to provide information, address concerns, and answer questions about product offerings.
  • Assist members with enrollment processes and provider services.
  • Follow up on unresolved customer inquiries and complaints to ensure satisfaction.
  • Communicate effectively to set clear expectations and provide education to members.
  • Research billing inquiries and claims to deliver accurate service.
  • Serve as a liaison between members and internal departments to address concerns.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned to support outreach objectives.
