What You'll Be Doing:
- Answering customer calls and giving them clear, helpful information about our services.
- Scheduling and rescheduling customer appointments with ease.
- Keeping in touch with customers, technicians, and the sales team to keep everything running smoothly.
- Listening to customer concerns and finding solutions to keep them happy.
- Taking action to make sure customers stay satisfied and keep coming back.
- Helping out with special projects and tasks as needed.
- Working as part of a great team, sharing ideas and keeping the company culture positive.
What We Need From You:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Great communication skills-talking and writing clearly.
- Comfortable with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.) and willing to learn new software.
- A team player who's organized and can stay cool under pressure.
- Positive attitude and enthusiasm to help customers.
- Ability to adapt as things change and work with different teams.
