We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for customers, responsible for resolving issues, answering questions, and ensuring a positive experience with our company.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or in person
Provide product and service information to customers clearly and accurately
Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions, and follow up to ensure resolution
Maintain customer records by updating account information in databases or CRM systems
Process orders, forms, applications, and requests
Identify and assess customer needs to achieve satisfaction
Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate departments or supervisors when needed
Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
Stay up to date with product knowledge and company updates
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; college degree is a plus
Proven experience in customer service or a related field preferred
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
Proficiency with computers, CRM software, and Microsoft Office
A positive attitude, empathy, and a passion for helping people
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Work Environment:
Full-time or part-time
May work on-site, remotely, or in a call center setting
