Position Overview: Wunderdog is seeking a highly motivated, customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our growing team. Fluency in both English and Spanish is strongly preferred to better serve our customer base.
Key Responsibilities: - Provide courteous and efficient assistance to customers regarding parking services, policies, and general inquiries
- Resolve customer concerns and complaints professionally and effectively
- Process payments, issue parking permits, and maintain accurate transaction records
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional workspace
- Communicate clearly and confidently when assisting customers
Qualifications: - Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a calm, professional demeanor under pressure
- Proficient in basic computer applications and payment processing systems
- Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred
- Availability to work 3rd shift hours, including some weekends, and holidays as needed
