Responsibilities: - Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and efficiently.
- Provide accurate information regarding services and products.
- Process orders, forms, applications, and requests.
- Document customer interactions in our CRM system.
- Follow up on customer interactions to ensure satisfaction and resolution.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure cohesive customer support.
Qualifications: - High school diploma or equivalent; further education or certification is a plus.
- Proven experience in customer service or a related field.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
