The City of Saint Paul Public Works Department is hiring an individual to perform skilled support work to assist, direct, and respond to internal and external customers.

Here's what you can expect to do:
Communicate with residents to assist with recycling, garbage, and reuse service and information requests. Inquiries are primarily received by phone, email, and online.
Utilize customer service software to respond to requests and communicate with other department/office staff and City-contracted service providers.
Utilize strong verbal and written communication skills to understand requests, provide information, resolve problems, enter data, and refer residents to appropriate resources and service providers to fully address customer needs.
