What You'll Do As a part-time Customer Service Representative (CSR) at Morley in Saginaw, Michigan, you'll:
- Lend a helpful hand and empathic ear to customers with general questions about their health insurance plans
- Help register members for educational events
- Provide administrative and customer service support for automotive business processing programs
- Offer timely and accurate solutions through inbound and outbound conversations (including phone calls, chats, emails and other communications as needed) while keeping a positive and upbeat attitude

Eligibility Requirements - High school diploma or equivalent
- Six or more months of customer service experience (previous call center work, retail, restaurant, fast food, hotel or any role where you interacted with customers)
- Required to work on site at our office in Saginaw, Michigan, for your scheduled shifts
- Able to work 24-30 hours per week and attend training
- Center's hours of operation: 8:30 a.m. - 8 p.m. Monday through Friday (no weekends.)

- Must be able to stick to the schedule reliably
