Description

Position Overview:

We are looking for an employee that is willing to work in our Nicky's Folder and/or Vinyl Holder customer service department to learn how to processes customer orders, manage inquires via phone and email, handle complaints, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming calls and respond to customer emails in a timely manner.
• Assist customers with product inquiries, order status, and troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues efficiently.
• Uphold a professional and friendly demeanor at all times.

Qualifications:

• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and Google Workspace. Expierence with Zendesk is a plus.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced office environment.
• Previous experience in customer service is a plus.
