Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the first point of contact for customers, providing helpful, accurate, and timely information
  • Engage with clients and customers at promotional events and campaigns
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in-person with professionalism and a solutions-focused attitude
  • Help resolve issues and provide feedback to the marketing team to improve customer experiences
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback
  • Represent the values of MGN Foundation and our clients with integrity and enthusiasm
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A friendly, professional, and approachable demeanor
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-first mindset
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Prior customer service experience is a plus, but not required
