Key Responsibilities - Serve as the first point of contact for customers, providing helpful, accurate, and timely information
- Engage with clients and customers at promotional events and campaigns
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in-person with professionalism and a solutions-focused attitude
- Help resolve issues and provide feedback to the marketing team to improve customer experiences
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback

Qualifications - High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Prior customer service experience is a plus, but not required
