Job Summary Our client is seeking a Customer Service Representative for an inbound call center position. The primary responsibility is to provide support to our pharmacies and consumers. This is a fully onsite role with a schedule from Monday to Friday, 6:30 AM to 3:30 PM.
Key Responsibilities - Provide support to pharmacies and consumers via inbound calls.
- Utilize Microsoft tools such as Outlook, Excel, and Teams for daily tasks.
- Maintain strong attendance and exhibit a customer service mindset.
Qualifications - Previous call center experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Teams.
- Strong customer service skills.
Additional Requirements - Fully onsite position, remote work is not offered.
