We have two immediate openings for Full-Time Customer Service Representatives. We are seeking outgoing, positive, and reliable individuals to join our winning team. The Customer Service Representative will support the Customer Service Supervisor and department by performing daily activities, including creating and issuing invoices, initiating billing cycles, and verifying appropriate charges. This role also involves generating quotes for freight using established company policies and procedures and providing excellent customer service support via telephone and email.

Responsibilities
  • Obtain and communicate freight and delivery information vie email and phone.
  • Initiate billing cycles and verify appropriate charges.
  • Generate quotes for freight using established company policies and procedures. Issue invoices as needed.
  • Provide excellent customer service support by telephone and email.

  • High School diploma or GED equivalent
  • Strong communication skills both verbally and in writing

  • One-year of business billing experience, nice to have
  • Experience in the transportation or logistics industry, a plus
Work Environment

Office type environment with a casual dress code.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $19.00/hr.
