Our client is seeking a customer-focused and detail-oriented Call Center Representative with previous experience in the banking industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, assisting customers with banking inquiries, and providing a high level of service in a fast-paced environment. This is a fully onsite role in Raleigh, NC.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries regarding accounts, transactions, and banking products.
  • Resolve customer issues efficiently and professionally.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge to assist customers accurately.
  • Ensure compliance with banking regulations and internal policies.
  • Accurately document customer interactions and update account information.
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department or supervisor.
  • Contribute to a positive team environment and meet performance goals.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a call center within the banking or financial services industry is required.
  • Strong communication and active listening skills.
  • Ability to handle high call volumes while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Proficient with computer systems and CRM tools.
  • High school diploma or GED required; associate's or bachelor's degree is a plus.
