Our client is seeking a customer-focused and detail-oriented Call Center Representative with previous experience in the banking industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, assisting customers with banking inquiries, and providing a high level of service in a fast-paced environment. This is a fully onsite role in Raleigh, NC.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries regarding accounts, transactions, and banking products.
- Resolve customer issues efficiently and professionally.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to assist customers accurately.
- Ensure compliance with banking regulations and internal policies.
- Accurately document customer interactions and update account information.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department or supervisor.

Requirements:
- Previous experience in a call center within the banking or financial services industry is required.
- Strong communication and active listening skills.
- Ability to handle high call volumes while maintaining attention to detail.
- Proficient with computer systems and CRM tools.
- High school diploma or GED required; associate's or bachelor's degree is a plus.
