BigFoot Staffing is excited to partner with an industry leader in fire suppression to fill this customer service role. Our client is dedicated to helping keep people safe and allowing them to get home to their families through exceptional fire suppression service.

Job Description:

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support. You will handle inquiries, manage accounts, and ensure smooth coordination of service requests. Your role is critical in maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and ensuring efficient resolution of issues.

Key Responsibilities:

- Respond to customer inquiries and requests via phone, email, and web submissions promptly and professionally.

- Create and manage customer accounts, locations, and contacts in our system accurately.

- Generate and manage work orders, ensuring all necessary information is recorded correctly.

- Collaborate with the dispatch team to ensure timely scheduling and resolution of service requests.- Handle incoming emergency calls during business hours, generate work orders, and follow up with customers as needed.

- Reach out to customers due or past due for service to schedule appointments and answer any questions.

- Assist with incoming leads from various sources, ensuring all inquiries are addressed promptly.

- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and resolving issues efficiently.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a Customer Service Representative or similar role. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

- Proficiency in using customer service software and systems.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- High level of patience and professionalism in handling customer inquiries and issues.

Pay Rate:

- $22-$23 an hour
