Job Overview

Customer Service Representatives take calls from customers purchasing tickets and work with clients to set up events, social media, promotions, and on-site Box Office Management. This is an essential position for the company as we strive to provide excellent service to our ticket purchasers and clients.


Responsibilities and Duties


• Answering Customer Service Calls


• Responding to email inquiries from both ticket purchasers and our clients


• Set up event pages for our clients


• Sending out e-blasts to our previous ticket purchasers


• Posting on our social media pages to promote events and gain followers


• General office admin work


• Basic accounting


• On-site Box-Office Management (at events)


Qualifications


• High School + Education


• Customer Service Experience


• Basic Technology and computer experience


• Need to be able to use Mac technology


• Good writing skills


• Event Experience


• Good Communication Skills
