As a Customer Service Representative, you will engage closely with both wholesale and retail customers to identify their needs, address their inquiries about Sherwin-Williams products, and recommend the most effective solutions. Your responsibilities will also include swiftly resolving any customer issues to ensure maximum satisfaction while staying updated on product features and maintaining the store's high standards of quality and presentation. Achieving outstanding customer service while consistently meeting our sales objectives is fundamental to this position.

- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.

- Tint and mix products to meet customer specifications.

- Assist with loading and unloading delivery trucks, as needed.
- Ensure assigned areas are well-stocked and presentable.
- Remain knowledgeable about product offerings to assist customers effectively.
- Comply with inventory control procedures.
- Suggest methods to enhance sales performance.
Minimum Requirements: - Must be at least eighteen (18) years old.
- Must have legal authorization to work in the country without needing sponsorship.
- Must possess a valid, unrestricted Driver's License.
- Capability to retrieve materials and lift/carry up to 50 lbs frequently and 70 lbs occasionally.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- If currently employed by Sherwin-Williams, must have a meets expectations rating on the latest performance appraisal.
- Completion of all required HR Cloud eLearning courses for current position (if internal).
Preferred Qualifications: - High School diploma or GED preferred.
- At least one year of experience in a delivery, retail, or customer service role.
- Experience selling paint and related products.
- Familiarity with tinting and mixing equipment.
- Ability to communicate effectively in more than one language is a plus.
- Ability to communicate fluently in Spanish is a plus.
