Join our team as a Customer Service Representative, where you'll have the opportunity to work closely with both wholesale and retail customers to provide outstanding service and support. Your role will involve identifying customer needs, answering inquiries about Sherwin-Williams products, and recommending tailored solutions. You'll also be responsible for quickly resolving customer concerns and ensuring satisfaction while achieving store sales goals.
You will be expected to work at Store , located at: 2305 N Federal Hwy Pompano Beach FL 33062.
Key responsibilities include:
- Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through exceptional sales service.
- Assisting customers both in person and over the phone by understanding their needs and presenting suitable products and services.
- Building trusting relationships with customers to promote loyalty.
- Accurately processing sales transactions while adhering to company policies.
- Meeting and exceeding monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets.
- Maintaining organized work order files and product formulas.
- Pulling products from sales floors or warehouses as needed.
- Tinting and mixing products to meet customer specifications.
- Stocking shelves and setting up visually appealing displays.
- Maintaining store equipment and cleanliness.
- Loading and unloading delivery trucks as necessary.
- Delivering products to customers when needed.
- Keeping assigned areas well-stocked and presentable.
- Remaining knowledgeable about products and discussing options with customers.
- Following inventory control procedures.
- Suggesting improvements to enhance sales.
Minimum Requirements: - At least eighteen (18) years of age.
- Legally authorized to work in the country of employment without needing sponsorship for work visa status.
- Ability to read, write, comprehend, and communicate in English and Spanish.
- Valid, unrestricted Driver's License.
- Ability to lift and carry items up to 50 lbs. frequently and 70 lbs. occasionally, with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Willingness to work all scheduled hours, including evenings and weekends, with or without reasonable accommodation.
- For internal applicants, a meets expectations (3) rating on the most recent performance appraisal is required.
- Completion of all HR Cloud eLearning courses for the current position is required for internal applicants.
Preferred Qualifications: - High School diploma or GED.
- At least one (1) year of experience in a delivery, retail, or customer service position.
- Previous experience selling paint and related products.
- Experience operating tinting and mixing equipment.
