WHAT YOU'D BE DOING:
  • Interfacing with Customers and Body Shops to answer product questions & assist with customer ordering.
  • Analyzing customer questions, troubleshooting, and providing clear answers in an efficient and professional manner.
  • Developing customer's trust and loyalty in our brands.
  • Maintaining customer records and updating account information.
  • Developing knowledge of Salesforce, our e-commerce platform.
  • Gaining in-depth knowledge of our full product line to best serve our customers.
  • NO COLD CALLING.

WHAT YOU NEED:
  • Fluency in English
  • A typing rate of AT LEAST 40 words per minute
  • High School diploma
  • Basic computer skills
  • Strong multitasking ability
  • Previous sales, customer service, or call center experience.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Efficient problem solving and conflict resolution skills
  • Ability to work in a high volume, fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work independently or with others to manage multiple tasks with minimal supervision.
  • Knowledge of the automotive industry
COMPENSATION PACKAGE:
  • $36,462 Base Pay ($17.52/hr)
  • $1000 Estimated Royalty (+$0.48/hr after full first month)
  • $37,462 Total Annual Pay ($18/hr)
