ROLE DESCRIPTION: As a Customer Service Representative with Ben Nauman State Farm, you will generate the kind of exceptional client experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you an ideal fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES: - Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
- Willing and able to commute to our office in Plainview, MN.
- Assist clients with policy changes and updates.
- Process insurance claims and follow up with clients.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
- Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
QUALIFICATIONS: - Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Coachable.
- Team Player who takes pride in their role within a high performing team.
- Excellent follow through and reliability.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Previous customer service experience preferred.
- Must have reliable transportation to the office.
Compensation: $35,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
