TITLE: Customer Service Representative - 5279

JOB SUMMARY: Be responsible for following quality assurance measures and applicable desk procedures to ensure the integrity and validity of imaged/paper records and the image index. These measures will include but not limited to the following: inspection, preparation, batching, scanning, verification, and validation of non-sealed and sealed records.

Type: Temporary
Location: Downtown Phoenix 85007
Hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM; M-F
Projected Duration: 6 Months

Projected start date: 5/26/25
Pay: $18.51 per hour
Benefits: Available after eligibility period

DUTIES
  • Managing the security paper detailed usage reports
  • The office daily deposit
  • Sorting and tallying incoming mail
  • Other duties as assigned
REQUIREMENTS
  • Experience with reports and scanning documents
  • Attention to detail
  • Able to take feedback well
  • High School Diploma
  • 3 years of data entry/record keeping experience
  • Good attention to detail and accuracy
  • 1 year experience using Excel
  • Fingerprint Security Clearance Card
