Customer Service Representative

We are looking for an enthusiastic Customer Service Representatives dedicated to connecting with potential customers to discuss energy-saving solutions. This role involves face-to-face interactions within the local community, encompassing both customer service and sales responsibilities. Comprehensive training provided to ensure your success in this position. Responsibilities:
• Engage with potential customers door-to-door to explain and promote our energy solutions.
• Provide excellent customer service and address any questions or concerns.
• Educate customers about the benefits of community solar and third-party energy suppliers.
• Meet and exceed sales targets through effective communication and product knowledge.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities. Qualifications:
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for successful interactions.
• A genuine enthusiasm for assisting others and a positive outlook are key qualities we seek.
• Motivated individuals with a determination to reach and surpass set objectives.
• While experience in sales or customer service is beneficial, it's not mandatory.
• Willingness to work outdoors and engage in face-to-face interactions is a requirement. Compensation: $75,000 yearly
