Job Title: Customer Service Representative

Essential Duties & Responsibilities: - check cashing
- deposits
- withdrawals
- loan payments
- money transfers
- issuing cashier's checks and money orders
- processing of other types of customer requests
- counting and sorting cash
- opening and closing the branch
- participation in community activities and bank appointed meetings
- following bank policies and procedures, and regulatory requirements
- maintaining customer confidentiality
- any other duties as assigned

Qualifications: Required Knowledge/Skills:
- at least 18 years of age
- high school diploma or equivalent
- clerical, administrative, cash handling, sales, or customer service experience
- knowledge of customer service principles
- basic computer skills
- experience with Microsoft Office and/or Outlook
Talents:

- excellent listening and communication skills
