Title: Client Data Analyst

Schedule: M-F 8am-5pm

Location: Ridgeland, MI

Pay: $18-25/hour

Duration: 6 month rolling contract

Summary:

As a Client Data Analyst, you will deliver personalized customer experiences by managing and analyzing data related to VoIP users and call flow design. You will play a key role in onboarding new business customers and supporting your team with data-driven insights.

Responsibilities:

  2. Gather and analyze data for VoIP users and call flow design.
  3. Identify user behavior patterns and preferences on the VoIP platform.
  4. Collaborate with teams to enhance user experience.
  5. Provide recommendations to improve customer satisfaction.
  6. Conduct quality assurance tests to ensure standards are met.
  7. Share knowledge within the team and across departments.
  8. Enter accurate information into databases like Salesforce and WebEx Control Hub.
  9. Meet or exceed customer satisfaction standards.
  10. Follow company policies and procedures.
  11. Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Two years of experience in a customer service.
  • Self-starter with project management skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Understands business terms and processes.
  • Communicates effectively with customers
  • Performs semi-complex data capture.
  • Independently solves problems with urgency.
Preferred:
  • College degree preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Cisco Webex.
  • Experience with telephony, data, or wireless devices.
  • Experience with ServiceNow or Salesforce
