Kelly Services is looking for a bilingual (Spanish/English) Customer Service/Call Center Specialist to join a fast-paced, high-energy team in Pasadena, CA. This is a fantastic 6-month temporary assignment for someone with solid call center or customer service experience who's ready to level up their career.
What You'll Do:
- Manage a high volume of inbound calls and emails-be the friendly voice customers trust
- Resolve inquiries quickly and professionally, leaving every caller with a smile
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date records in the database
- Partner with internal departments to keep operations running smoothly
- Handle light admin work (filing, photocopying, stuffing envelopes)
- Respond to all inquiries with empathy, accuracy, and professionalism
What You Bring:
- 1+ year of call center or customer service experience
- Bilingual in Spanish - REQUIRED
- Comfortable typing 35+ WPM
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong communication, attention to detail, and organizational skills
- Ability to pass a background screen upon offer
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Pay Rate: $20.00/hour
