Kelly Services is looking for a bilingual (Spanish/English) Customer Service/Call Center Specialist to join a fast-paced, high-energy team in Pasadena, CA. This is a fantastic 6-month temporary assignment for someone with solid call center or customer service experience who's ready to level up their career.

What You'll Do:

  • Manage a high volume of inbound calls and emails-be the friendly voice customers trust
  • Resolve inquiries quickly and professionally, leaving every caller with a smile
  • Maintain accurate, up-to-date records in the database
  • Partner with internal departments to keep operations running smoothly
  • Handle light admin work (filing, photocopying, stuffing envelopes)
  • Respond to all inquiries with empathy, accuracy, and professionalism

What You Bring:

  • 1+ year of call center or customer service experience
  • Bilingual in Spanish - REQUIRED
  • Comfortable typing 35+ WPM
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong communication, attention to detail, and organizational skills
  • Ability to pass a background screen upon offer

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Pay Rate: $20.00/hour
