CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE$20/hour8:30 - 5:00 M-FJob Summary: Primarily responsible for providing effective customer service for all internal and external customers by utilizing excellent, in-depth knowledge of the company products and procedures, as well as being a team member within the Sales Department.
Work Tasks/Responsibilities (but not limited to): Receives, processes and verifies the accuracy of orders from customers utilizing Navision software, customers purchase orders and the sales process procedures.
Initiates required action for response to customer service requests for order changes including the maintenance of the order/customer information files and communicates changes to the appropriate department.
Participates and provides expertise as a member of the customer service's departmental team. The team's objectives are to develop and recommend changes to existing methods and systems to increase accuracy, efficiency and responsiveness of the customer service department as a whole.
Provide timely feedback to the company regarding service failures or customer concerns.
Verify material is ready to be shipped. Coordinate with customer logistic department for timely pick of material.
Maintain, verify and track various customer's inventory.
Maintain and follow customers forecast of monthly material requirements and shipments.
Other duties as assigned.

1-3 years of customer service experience.
Manufacturing experience preferred but not required.
Education: High school diploma.
