Responsibilities

  • Answering customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or in person.
  • Providing information about services, and company policies.
  • Resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Processing orders, returns, and refunds.
  • Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions.
  • Escalating complex issues to appropriate personnel.
  • Building rapport with customers and fostering positive relationships.
  • Identifying customer needs and recommending appropriate solutions.
  • Work with internal departments to meet customer's needs
  • Data entry in various platforms

Qualifications

  • Bilingual English/ Spanish
  • At least 1 - 3 years' of relevant work experience

  • Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new situations.
