- Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions.
- Escalating complex issues to appropriate personnel.
- Building rapport with customers and fostering positive relationships.
- Identifying customer needs and recommending appropriate solutions.
- Work with internal departments to meet customer's needs
- Data entry in various platforms

- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new situations.
