We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our patients and assisting with inquiries and concerns.

Responsibilities:
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and messages from patients with professionalism and empathy
  • Schedule appointments and assist with patient service requests
  • Provide accurate information about healthcare services
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of all patient interactions
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve patient concerns and ensure timely follow-up
  • Support a positive patient experience through clear and compassionate communication
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1-2 years of experience in customer service or a related field
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting
  • Proficiency with computers and communication tools
  • Passion for helping others and providing high-quality service

    Skills:
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
    • Knowledge of medical terminology is a plus
    • Ability to remain calm and professional in stressful situations
    • Team player with a positive attitude
