Shift: 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM or 9:30 AM - 6:00 PM EST
Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls.
- Communicate with customers via live chat or email.
- Follow up with customers to resolve order issues.
- Place, track, and close orders through an order management system.
Qualifications:
- 1+ years of recent call center experience.
- 2+ years of customer service experience.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong computer skills and the ability to navigate various software.
- Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule.
- High-speed internet connection.
- High School Diploma or GED.
