NOW HIRING: Call Center Representatives.
Start Date: Week of April 14th
Equipment Provided.
Train On-Site (OK City), Then Work Remotely.
Pay: $14/hr. (English) $15/hr. (Spanish)
We're looking for customer-focused Call Center Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) to assist consumers with important inquiries and services. If you're a great communicator and enjoy helping others, this is the perfect opportunity for you.
What You'll Do:
Answer incoming calls from the general public, enrollees, and providers
Provide information & assistance regarding Medicaid Newborn processes, Good Cause, and Presumptive Eligibility for children
Track & document inquiries in the system to ensure accurate records
Facilitate materials requests via mail, email, or download
Transfer or escalate calls to the appropriate department when needed
Assist non-English speakers by coordinating translation services
Maintain confidentiality & compliance with all policies and procedures
Meet Quality Assurance (QA) standards and key performance metrics
Attend trainings & meetings to stay up to date on programs and processes
