We are a well-established and fast-paced pest control office with a retail store, seeking a highly professional and organized individual to join our team. The ideal candidate will be reliable, detail-oriented, empathetic, and an effective communicator, capable of handling multiple responsibilities in a dynamic work environment.

Responsibilities
  • Efficiently manage 75-150 incoming and outgoing calls per shift, ensuring prompt and professional customer service.
  • Assist with dispatching and scheduling of pest control technicians, optimizing service routes and appointment management.
  • Identify, assess, and resolve customer inquiries and complaints with a focus on satisfaction and retention.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships through proactive and interactive communication.
  • Process transactions and sell pest control products from the retail store, providing knowledgeable recommendations.
  • Accurately maintain customer records, update account information, and document interactions in CRM systems.
  • Adhere to company communication procedures, policies, and industry guidelines to ensure compliance.
Qualifications
  • Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a pest control or service-based industry.
  • Strong phone etiquette with excellent contact handling skills and active listening abilities.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and office management practices.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) for scheduling and documentation.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize duties, and manage time effectively in a busy office setting.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills with a customer-centric approach.
  • Experience in sales and product recommendations, ideally within a retail environment.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.
  • Adaptability to work with diverse customer personalities in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Prior experience coordinating schedules and dispatching service teams is a plus.
Requirements
  • Must be able to work in a fast paced busy environment
  • Weekend availability a must (some Saturdays and/or Sundays may be required)
  • Minimum 1 year customer service experience preferred
