Strong Spas is now hiring for a Customer Service Representative at our Northumberland Call Center. The job duties include:
  • Handle inbound and outbound customer-related phone inquiries and ensure that issues are resolved promptly, professionally, and thoroughly.
  • Manage escalated client calls with courtesy and professionalism.
  • Respond to email correspondence quickly and competently.
  • Utilize outstanding typing skills to enter orders and detailed notes into our CRM systems.
  • Educate our customers on the company's products and services.
  • Look for innovative ways to enhance the customers' experience
