As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers-answering calls, assisting with questions, taking sales inquiries, and ensuring a smooth customer experience. In addition to general customer service responsibilities, this role is specifically responsible for accounts receivable (AR) tasks. You'll thrive here if you're confident on the phone, willing to learn, and task-oriented. In addition to your hourly rate, we provide monthly incentive programs. We are on a 4-day work week. Must be available to work 7am to 6pm, 4 days a week, Monday - Saturday, on a rotating schedule. Responsibilities:
• Answer a high volume of incoming calls with a positive and professional attitude
• Provide friendly, helpful customer support and problem resolution
• Handle incoming sales calls and follow provided scripts accurately
• Manage accounts receivable: send reminders, follow up on late payments, maintain AR records, and provide reports to your direct supervisor
• Work on various projects as assigned (administrative tasks, special campaigns, etc.)
• Accurately update and manage customer information in our CRM system (FieldRoutes)
• Utilize Google Workspace tools (Gmail, Docs, Sheets, etc.) effectively
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure excellent service delivery Qualifications:
• Previous experience in customer service, sales, or AR preferred
• Confident, clear, and friendly communication skills-especially on the phone
• Strong computer skills and ability to learn new systems (FieldRoutes experience is a plus.)
• Comfortable using Google Workspace is a plus (Docs, Sheets, Gmail, Calendar, etc.)
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• A positive, can-do attitude and a team player mentality Compensation: $14 - $16 hourly
