Your Responsibilities Will Include: - Completing all mandatory training requirements, including:
- Zaxbys Front of House Development Plan
- Hands-on stations training
- Any additional training required by Zax LLC
- Providing friendly and enthusiastic service to all guests
- Promptly greeting guests and thanking them as they leave
- Staying updated on current promotions
- Explaining menu items, answering questions, and suggesting additional items
- Accurately processing guest orders and transactions
- Handling cash and maintaining cash register receipts
- Keeping the dining area and restrooms clean and inviting
- Stocking supplies such as condiments and beverages as needed
- Ensuring food safety regulations are adhered to
- Assisting with kitchen tasks as required
- Completing tasks efficiently and with urgency
- Following all safety guidelines and protocols
- Other duties as assigned
Job Qualifications: - Must be at least 16 years old
- Availability to work 9 to 28 hours per week
Required Capabilities: - Ability to sit, stand, and walk continuously
- Occasional bending, stooping, and climbing, including ladder use
- Frequently lifting, pushing, or carrying up to 50 pounds
- Proficient use of hands and wrists for grasping and fine manipulation
- Effective communication skills through speech, reading, and writing
- Ability to work indoors or outdoors in varying temperatures and conditions
- Safe operation of restaurant equipment, including knives and fryers
