Position Description N&M Transfer is searching for Customer Service Representatives to work on our Interline/Appointment team at our corporate office in Neenah. This position will assist in customer service by scheduling delivery appointments and working with partner carriers and special accounts as needed. This position will have hours of 8:30am to 4:30pm, Monday-Friday.
QUALIFICATIONS: - High school diploma or equivalent
- Good work and attendance record
- Previous customer service experience
- Good communication, interpersonal, organizational and problem-solving skills
- Typing/keyboarding ability
