Pro-Care is a locally owned and operated company that's been serving Middle Tennessee since 1995. We have an OUTSTANDING culture. This position is Monday through Friday from 8:00-4:30. The office is not open on weekends or Holidays.
Responsibilities
- Be Happy.
- Answer Phones
- Book jobs, estimates, and various appointments (Priority of This Position)
- Participate in company meetings
- Greet walk-in clients
- Assist with follow-up and confirmation calls
- Check voice mail and return calls
- Check and respond to email
- Check and respond to texts
- Generate and assemble marketing materials and internal-use forms
- Represent the company consistently in positive terms
Qualifications
- At least 1 - 3 years' of relevant work experience
- Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
- A love for people and to serve
- Good Communication skills
- Computer skills
- Basic Accounting Skills
- Geographical understanding of Middle Tennessee for scheduling appointments
- Initiative
- Knowledge and use of Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to accurately determine the clients needs
- Phone Sales Experience a plus
- Desire to learn & earn
- Attention to detail & accountability to action
