Customer Service Representative

Advance Services is looking to recruit a Customer Service Representative to work for a local, family-owned, and operated 3PL company located in the heart of the Midwest.

Pay: $19.00/hour

Shift: Mon-Fri, 7:00am to 3:30pm

Location: Muscatine, IA

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Work with customers to coordinate shipments to and from warehouse to meet key customer delivery requirements.

• Generate associated documents for customer shipments including warehouse pick sheets, packing lists and bills of lading.

• Communicate with customers and carriers for transporting customer orders and receipts.

• Enter inventory transactions into the warehouse management system (WMS)

• Effectively communicate with warehouse operations to ensure proper scheduling

Requirements:

- High School Diploma or GED

- General office experience

- Experience working in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook

- Zebra Printer, printers, copy machines, 2-way radio, and multi-line phone system

- Some prior customer service and/or warehouse experience desired.

- Must be able to stand and sit for prolonged periods of time.

-Must be able to walk, stoop, hear and talk on a regular basis.

-Must be able to lift-up to 50 pounds on occasion.
